Room to rent in lovely Old Trafford

Hello, I’m Martha! I’m 28 and looking for a lovely housemate to share my home in Old Trafford.

I work 8-4 M-F as a Physician Associate. Outside of work, I love being outdoors, spending time with friends, exercising, cooking, and getting away on the odd holiday. I’m always up for an evening at the pub or hanging out at home, but equally enjoy my own space – and respect that you’ll want yours too!

Although I love the occasional dance, the house is more of a chilled space than a party house, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same. I like to keep things clean and tidy, but if a bowl gets left out overnight, no stress!

I'm looking for someone friendly, easy-going and respectful. Ideally, full-time employed and preferably working outside the house.

The room is available on a 4-month tenancy to give us both a bit of flexibility, with the option to extend if it feels like a good fit. The cost is £700/month including council tax, wifi, gas and electric, water and rent.

The house is in a lovely neighbourhood with 2 parks at the end of the road. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Whalley range, and a 25 minute walk into chorlton. It is also very close to the Trafford bar tram stop.
