Double room with en suite Old Trafford

Lovely room in Old Trafford next to Pomona tram stop. Double room with furniture included ie bedside table, drawers and bed with an ensuite. Looking for a female, no students please!!

Bills each come to about £63 council tax, electric around £60 (fluctuates depending on time of year), £11 WiFi and water is every 6 months and is on average around £75.

Gorg big balcony which is south facing so we get the sun nearly all day through summer (and lovely sunsets), next to the water as well and the area is pretty quiet.

There’s security downstairs 7pm-7am every night, a small gym (recently got all new equipment) and a cinema room (although admittedly this hasn’t worked for quite some time💀)

A bit about me: I’m 24 and a trainee solicitor I work hybrid office/from home. I am pretty chilled and like my own space but also like a good yap in the kitchen/living room sometimes too!
