Room in shared private flat - Manchester Waters

Circumstances have changed for my son who has a rented room in a lovely apartment in Manchester Waters so we are looking to replace him for the rest of the lease which ends in May 2026. The original lease was through X1 Lettings and they will manage the change of contract.
The apartment has two flatmates currently who are looking to welcome a new flatmate who is responsible, tidy, non-smoking and respects and is mindful of each others space. Ideal for a working professional or student.
Manchester Waters is a new development and is a lovely building with access to a full Gym, a bike shed, it has its own tram stop right outside.
