Small Double in M16- all bills included

Hi,

I’m looking for a new lodger for the third room in my lovely home in Old Trafford. We are two women, aged 27 and 35 and would prefer another woman around this sort of age range.

The room is quite small but there is a few extra bits of storage around the house as well as a basement. Theres a shared living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, and a little yard out back. It’s £420 all included (£285 rent + £135 bills).

I like to live in a calm, clean, and tidy space so whoever moves in should be on the same page. It’s also important that we all get on so looking for someone who shares similar values, is LBGT+ friendly, anti-racist etc.
