Flat share

Hi
I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my apartment with, my current flat mate got a job in another city and sadly would be moving. Availability will be from 7th of December.

The flat is a two bedroom apartment, fully furnished with a shared bathroom on the 9th floor in a secure building with lifts.

Concierge service, bike storage, you could permanently use the parking space that comes with the apartment at no extra cost.

There are shops very close by and trafford bar tram stop is just 3 mins walk from the building.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, kind, friendly and has respect for space. Ideally would like if you are social so we can live as friends and go out for food, drinks and maybe gym if that’s your thing.

I’m easygoing, a professional, social but also like to give space.
