Single room in OT - Houseshare with 2 housemates.

Single room available on Alphonsus Street in Old Trafford for £360pcm available from Nov 1, with bills roughly £130 inc council tax (band B), energy, water, internet (fibre 500mbps+), etc. Within 10 mins cycling distance of both Chorlton and Oxford Rd.

The room is the back room in the usual terrace layout, so it's a standard single, but we do have a big kitchen, nice living room etc.

It would be with myself, and my housemate Anya. My background is in music + the arts in Manchester over the past 10 years or so (originally from NI), but I work for an exam board 9-5. Anya works at a bookshop in the centre, we're both pretty warm and sociable, and into all manners of weird + wonderful creative works. House is 100% LGBTQ+ friendly. There is on street parking for cars available.

Looking for reliable, relaxed and warm young professionals roughly around the same age as us, ideally if you are into music + film that would be a bonus (but very flexible)!
