Double bedroom with en-suite - in 2 bed flat

Looking for someone to take over my housemates tenancy from the start of January 2026 (moving date can be flexible up to 2 weeks prior if needed).

This will be for initially around 6 months with the ability to renew after this time.
The flat is fully furnished and a 20 minute walk (or 5 min tram) to media city, and less than 10 minutes on the tram to the city centre- there's a tram stop right by the flat, and the balcony is facing the waters.

The apartment comes with a gym space, and cinema room all included in the rent.
You will have a double room which has a mirrored wardrobe, draws, bed side table and desk. You will have your own private large bathroom with bathtub. Most people living here are young professionals. It’s a quiet area, very accessible and not far from White City retail park.

Rent is £675 plus bills, which are roughly £170 each - TV license would be additional if you required. There is no deposit just one weeks rent for the deposit scheme.

You'll be sharing the flat with myself! I'm 29 and a teacher so am out the flat during the day Monday to Friday. Ideally would like someone to move in who is easy going and tidy 😊
