Lovely room in Old Trafford

Hey! I’m Millie (she/her) and due to personal reasons I’m leaving Manchester to go back home, so I need somebody to take over my tenancy.

I’m currently living with my amazing flatmate, Be (they/them), who is a super talented musician and all-round amazing person! I’m so sad to be leaving Be so I really want to find somebody who is just as lovely as them to take my place. We’ve got mates who live in the area too and it would be perfect if we can all be friends.

The room is a spacious double with bay windows on the end wall. It’s actually currently Be’s but they would like to have mine when I’m gone because they’d like more wall space. It fits a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, and side tables nicely and you’d be free to rearrange stuff however you like. The landlord is pretty easy going and we’ve been told we can put shelves on the walls and stuff so long as we cover up any holes when the tenancy is up.

The rest of the flat includes a really nice bathroom (the shower is amazing), a washing machine, hallway, and recently refurbished kitchen and living space. We’ve only been here a couple months so ideally the flat would get a dining table and a better TV further down the line. There’s a designated parking space behind a coded gate if you need it and also a private bike shed. And the best part is there’s a Tesco directly opposite!
