Looking for roommate

Hi,

I am looking for a housemate (female preferred) to move into my apartment, my current housemate is moving out in April 24th. I am not sure how long I will stay in Manchester as I had planned on leaving the city by 2027 but since the government are changing rental rights any contract/tenancy agreement would be rolling, so if I were to leave, it would be a simple tenancy swap for another housemate or you would also be free to find a new place. Hope that makes sense.

A little about me I work full time for MCC, I mostly work from home, doing around 2/3 days in week in the office and the rest remote. I am chatty but I also respect people’s privacy and personal space. I tend to go out at the weekend and socialise, so I am rarely indoors at the weekend. I am bubbly but also try to keep a respectful noise level. I am an extremely tidy person, so I’d prefer a housemate who is comfortable with deep clean in the communal areas weekly. However, what you do in in your personal space is not a bother to me ☺️

The pictures posted would be your exact room and bathroom, they are a lot larger in person. The rooms is large double room I also have a lot of videos I can share of the room without the personal items in.....so you can get a good idea of it's spacing. We don't share bathrooms so you'd have your own bathroom space. I don't currently have a picture of the living room and kitchen but I can send a video to anyone who is interested.

It is a 10 minute tram ride to St Peter's Square (4stops) and 5 minute drive from Salford Quays.
