The room is big and bright with a bay window, high ceilings, double bed and wardrobe. You’ll share a lounge, kitchen with large fridge‑freezer, washer‑dryer and a small patio. The flat backs onto a lovely park and is ~10 minutes’ walk to Trafford Bar tram.

£597.50 pcm, deposit 5× weekly rent (protected). Internet 150 Mbps. Approx bills: £200–£250 pcm for council tax, Wi‑Fi and utilities combined (varies with usage and season); bills are usually split equally between tenants.
