Tenancy Takeover!

Unfortunately I am having to leave my flat in Manchester to move back home and will need someone to take over my tenancy, I will be moving out before the end of April, so payments won’t be required till the 1st of May! My housemate is lovely, very friendly and sociable, they do not drink but still love a night out as well as dinner together in, they love to cook and watch shows together and I would love for whoever takes over my tenancy to keep them company!
The room is a spacious double room with an en-suite and huge windows, it comes with a double bed, open wardrobe, 2 bed side tables and a chest of drawers. The pictures are from when I moved in and hadn’t finished unpacking so I can send more if requested! :)
