Room with en-suite for rent

Looking for a new flat mate come July as my current flatmate is moving out of Manchester.

Room is furnished with a bed, x2 drawers and a wardrobe. Main room is also furnished (all cooking appliances have been bought by me apart from the oven), we will need a new tv as the current one belongs to my flatmate.

You’ll be living with me and my dog, we have lived here two years under the radar as it’s been really hard to rent with a dog, hopefully we can change this with the new renters rules! I’m open to anyone who has pets but they’d need to meet my dog first make sure they get on, she’s a 3 year old Pom/alsatian so she’s pretty small (about 9kilos) pic on profile. She’s generally quite quiet unless she hears the door go and she’ll hoot and holler.

Your half of utilities come would come to an average of about £190 a month, I’d send you over the exact amounts and a copy of the receipt so you know they’ve been paid. This value includes council tax, electric and wifi which are billed monthly. The water is billed every 6 months. The WiFi contract expires in July which is currently £40 per month but we can discuss a new contract together based on what we wanna pay and deals etc.

we have a balcony and both have en suites, the building itself is right by the water and has a gym and cinema room and is a pretty active community with building wide chat groups. We have security patrolling during the later hours and acting as concierge. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, we have a paid carpark across the way and undercroft parking which you need to pay the landlord for but it’s on about a year wait list. We’re a stones throw away from the Pomona tram stop and a 15 minute walk to the White City retail park.

As for me, I’m 23 working in finance, I work mon - fri, 2 days a week from home. I generally keep to myself in my room but wouldn’t mind a more sociable flatmate. I’d ask that the new flatmate keeps communal spaces clean, is nice to my dog and respects both me and the neighbours as I don’t want any issues.
