Looking for Tenant Replacement :)

Hi! :) My name is Marina and I'm looking for a person to replace my tenancy in October, as I am moving out. You will be sharing the flat with a lovely girl called Sabrina and the cutest black cat ever called Bonnie. It's a 2-bed flat with a shared kitchen and two bathrooms. You will have your own bathroom, as Sabrina's room is en-suite. The room is quite spacious with plenty of storage. Wifi is free and the bills come approximately around to £170 altogether. We also have a parking spot that we are receiving £60 for monthly as we are currently renting it. Both bathroom and room will be thoroughly cleaned before I move out and I'm happy to leave my desk and moving chair as well if you want them :) please let me know if you have any questions!
