My lovely current flatmate is moving out due to work, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our spacious, modern apartment in Old Trafford, close to the Quays, from 24th October.

📍 Location
- Old Trafford, within walking distance of the Quays
- Around 5–8 minutes’ walk to Trafford Bar and Old Trafford tram stations
- Close to Chorlton, with lots of great places for food and drinks
- Easy access into Manchester city centre

🛏️ The room
- Spacious double bedroom
- Private en-suite bathroom
- Plenty of room for a desk/WFH setup 💻
- Under-bed storage
- Good storage space
- Bright and spacious with lots of natural light ☀️

🏠 The apartment
- Large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area
- Modern, spacious and well maintained
- The flat is kept very clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who values the same
- A comfortable home rather than just somewhere to stay

💷 Costs
Bills are approximately £200 per month, but are subject to change depending on usage/prices
Parking is available for an additional £75 per month.

👋🏽 A little about me
I work in IT and WFH some of the week, although I regularly go into the office too. I’m sociable and enjoy travelling ✈️, gigs 🎶, creative exhibitions 🎨 and exploring new places.

I enjoy having a friendly home where we can chat and hang out occasionally, but I also really value having our own space and downtime.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and tidy and who wants the flat to feel like home 😊
