We are a trainee teacher and engineer couple who have a furnished double room to let in our homely three bedroom end terrace property. The house has two shared living rooms, a recently decorated shared bathroom and a spacious kitchen. Other perks to the house include Sky TV, internet, a basement with a table tennis table and plenty of space for road parking. Our house is well situated for travel into Manchester city centre / universities - five minute walk to Trafford Bar metrolink station and a bus stop at the end of the road. We are also close to two leafy parks, a number of shops and a very good chippy.
We are looking for a relaxed, sociable, clean and friendly tenant!
