Beautiful, Quiet Double Room

A nice room in a safe and friendly house. Near to the city centre yet very quiet.

The Space
We've recently refurbished the whole house so it's all very new and nice. We want to earn a bit of money from our spare room.. and we're always happy to meet new people.

You will have a lovely double room which looks out on the garden and is quiet and clean.

I am a musician and I live here with my partner George who is an artist.

We are both practicing buddhists so you may hear a bit of chanting around the house. It's not very loud and it's kind of nice to listen to. You can come and join in if you like.

Location wise, we are a short walk away from Trafford Bar metro stop, which goes directly into Manchester city centre and Salford Media City

- Chorlton is ten minutes away with its lovely cafes, shops and nature reserve

- Two green and lovely parks very nearby

- a good range of shops and interesting things to do in the local area

- friendly and safe neighborhood

- we have no pets

Guest Access
The bathroom has a bath and a shower. You are also welcome to use the kitchen to cook in so long as you clean up after yourself. We will have breakfast cereals, milk and bread etc for you so you can help yourself to breakfast. You are welcome to eat with us if we are cooking and you're hungry. A very relaxed vibe!
