Hello there,

I am looking for someone to share my home with. I am 31 year old professional working in human resources. I am very house proud and try to keep apartment tidy and clean. However i don't suffer with OCD so nothing to worry about. :)

Apartment is on the first floor and overlooks neat and secure communal garden ideal for bbq on a sunny day. 20 minutes walk to city centre and Conbrook tram stop is only about five minute walk.

Your room comes fully furnished with double bed, black shiny chest of drawers, wardrobe and if you wish desk and computer chair. if not required, these can be removed to make room more spacious.

Rent includes all bills, council tax, internet, sky tv etc.... so you wont need to worry about anything extra to pay. however i will require one months pay in advance as a deposit.

Ideally looking for someone who could become not only a flatmate but a friend too to socialize with.
