Two double rooms in friendly houseshare

We have two rooms available in our ace 5 bedroom, 3 storey house share.

One is a decent sized very sunny double, available NOW.

The other is a HUGE double on the top floor, available from the 23rd Dec (but wouldn't expcect you to move in at Christmas so can be flexible!)

We are Ben, Gabriel, Tom and Nicola, late twenties - early thirties. Some things we're into: cycling, capoeira, salsa, yoga, climbing, surfing, cooking, climbing, dancing, movies, travel and fun. Really like fun.

We've all met through living here and are pretty good mates - the house has a lovely sociable vibe without us being in each others pockets. Looking for someone who's of a similar mindset, easy going, liberal nice and... fun? We like to share and share alike so if you're up for having a spontaneous dinner and kitchen chat, and don't get upset when someone uses your milk (cos you probably used some of theirs last week), then this may be the house for you...

It is a big house so it doesn't feel crowded, plus people are often out and about. Everyone is on a different timetable, so there's no rush for the shower in the morning. Win.

We try to have a house that has all the benefits of lots of people with out any of the draw backs. The house has all the usual things plus a cleaner (that the awesome landlady pays for), a spare room for any friends/family/post-night-out guests and we bulk buy toilet roll, cleaning things etc - so no arguments about who owes who 27p!

The house is directly opposite the lovely Seymour park, the local shops are a 2 min walk. It is a 5 min walk to the tram stop and 15 min walk to Chorlton, 5 min walk to the Hilary Step (our excellent local).

Included in the rent is council tax, water rates, cleaner and TV license. Bills for everything else (including house stuff like loo roll) are £35 a month. So it's £355 all in.
