Double Room In a Cosy House

Hey there!

We've got a sweet lil room for rent in a three floor house that has a lounge, kitchen/dining area, two toilets (a bath) and a garden. The room is mostly furnished, there's no bedframe, so if you have your own then great, but if not, we can probs help you find one !! (The rest of us only sleep on mattresses anyway.)

The house is a 30 minute walk from Manc centre or 20 minutes on the bus (there are loads of different stops close by), but there are corner shops too like a 7 minute walk away in diff directions.

All bills and council tax included. Also the move in date is flexible!
