Double room for rent in Old Trafford

I have a double room available for rent in a 2 bed flat in Cornbrook/Old Trafford, located just outside the city centre. The property is in a fantastic location, right on the gateway to town, Salford Quays, Old Trafford, with motorways just a couple of minutes away. The flat is on the top floor, and comes with a parking space, a balcony with views over the growing city centre skyline, and has two bathrooms so you will have your own private bathroom. Only a 10 minute walk into town, and Cornbrook tram stop is a 2 minute walk away which is on every tram line, meaning trams are passing every couple of minutes. Manchester United Football ground is only down the road if you are into your football. All bills included in the rent and full use of the property. Tenant must keep the place clean as this is my first home and I take pride in it. I require the equivalent of a months rent as a security deposit that will be refunded at the end of the tenancy. This is only to ensure that any damages or late payments are covered.

I am exploring the possibility of a weekday only tenant which is reflected in the advertised rent costs, so if you’re looking for this kind of set up where you work in the city but reside elsewhere and need Monday to Friday work accommodation on a long term basis, I’d be interested in chatting. If you’re looking for a full time property I’m also happy to chat, but rent and deposit will increase to £650 each, again with all bills included.
