Looking for a roommate in great Manchester

A spacious room in a spacious house. I’m looking for someone who can keep the house clean and tidy and can pay rent on time. Ideally, someone with regular working hours, who avoids making noise or showering after 11 pm. There is good access to Manchester city center, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. Buses 84, 76a, and 76 go directly to the city center, and you’ll be there in 30 minutes. I’m an artist, specifically an illustrator designing for children’s books. Art is both my passion and profession. I’m very friendly and looking for a friendly and tidy roommate.
