Double Room with shared Living space/Bathroom

Hi, we are looking to rent our main double sized, furnished spare room with a shared bathroom. We have a bath and sink in our room so there won’t be a queue for the shower, we’ve plans to install a second toilet very soon.

My partner (25) and I (28) recently bought our first home, it’s a big property so there is plenty of space and our home is a beautiful space to live in for the right person.

There is good direct public transport links in to Piccadilly, Which takes roughly 25 minutes and is frequent.

I work full time with WFH days Mondays and Fridays in Finance, I also work Saturday evenings.

My Partner works full time in a Nursery and works weekends as a House music saxophonist.

We are interested in someone who is clean, tidy who can respect our home but who we can also get along with as when we are not busy working we enjoy socialising or getting out doors usually hiking up a mountain somewhere!
