House share with middle-aged lady.

Middle-aged lady looking for house share. Shared bathroom but at least loo is separate. Quiet area on good bus route. 2 miles from Oldham centre and is not far from Tameside - Stalybridge, Ashton and Saddleworth. Only a 7 to 10 min drive to Royal Oldham Hospital. There aren't any parking restrictions at the front. Small gardens front and back if you like to 'potter'. There's beautiful countryside all around, being in the Medlock Valley - Alt Lane goes into Park Bridge and Tameside
I'm pretty quiet and easy-going but don't want anyone expecting to use my home for partying. The bedroom is a double and is furnished but there isn't a TV apart from the one in the living room - this shouldn't be a problem as I don't watch much and am happy to tape and watch later so you can mostly watch whatever you like. I'm working a lot of evenings just now so you would have plenty of time to yourself. The living/dining room is shared as is the kitchen and utility room which has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking utensils. Use of other items can be discussed. Bills include gas, electric, broadband, line rental, water rates and TV licence. Food and household items are not provided.
I don't mind doing cooking, within reason. I'm happy to work out any other issues/needs. A long term stay is preferable and I would need at least one written reference with the bond, preferably from an employer, with time to check the reference before any agreement is entered into.
