Bus stop into Manchester is 2 minutes walk from the house, train into the city is 4 mins walk from the property and Droylsden tram stop is 11 mins walk. Be in Manchester City centre in 15-20 mins. There's a retail park in both directions from the property with a gym, Morrisons and Lidl within walking distance., as well as a B&M, a Post Office etc.

There is on-street parking if you drive. Smokers are fine but NOT in the property. Please only smoke in the back garden.
