This House is a 3 bedroom house, situated in Openashaw just 10 minute bus ride to Manchester City Centre.
The Rent will cover the cost of all bills including internet. The house is kept very clean and tidy thanks to a weekly cleaning rota.
No pets allowed.
The room is ideal for a woman because you will be sharing the house with other 2 women and is ideal for students and professionals. Friends can come to see you but it's not allowed overnight sleep for non renters.
Because of my job I am not a "proper" live in owner I only stay few days every month.
The room is fully furnished.
400 £ is required as deposit which is refundable.
