I am looking for a clean, friendly, reliable and responsible person for the spare room. I have 1 small pet dog so you would need to be comfortable with dogs. Sorry no additional pets will be considered. The house will be shared with one other person. All bills are included.

- Sky box including sky movies
- 1 double ottoman bed (bedding included)

I work within financial services and I am currently training to be a level 3 nail technician and also learning French. I love to travel, listen to music, read and go to the gym. I do not smoke and only drink socially. Ideally looking for someone who I have a few things in common with and as much as I like to socialise, happy to give you your own space as I like my space also.
The house is on a quiet residential street and there is unrestricted free parking available if needed.
