I am looking for a clean, friendly, reliable and responsible lodger for my spare room. I currently have 1 small pet dog so you would need to be comfortable with dogs. Sorry no additional pets will be considered.

- Sky box including sky movies
- 1 double ottoman bed (bedding included)
- WiFi
- Free parking
This is a 3 bedroom house and my room has an ensuite and the other room is my office. There will be no additional people.
I work within financial services and I am currently training to be a level 3 nail technician and also learning French. I love to travel, listen to music, read and go to the gym. I do not smoke and only drink socially. Ideally looking for someone who I have a few things in common with and as much as I like to socialise, happy to give you your own space.
The house is on a quiet residential street and there is unrestricted free on street parking available if needed.
