Hi, currently looking for a room mate to share my 3 bed house with. It’s a brand new home. I think it’ll be nice for my roommate to have their own bathroom so I’ll sacrifice the Ensuite lol. I can be quite social but I do value my alone time. Since it’s a brand new home, it is not furnished yet but I plan on doing so. I’m also happy for you to pay just 400 the first month if you end up buying furniture if you move in earlier. I will add pictures soon. I also own a cat.
