We are a friendly couple with 3 adorable daughters (the twins are 12 years old and then the youngest one is 3 years old) and we are looking for a quiet, clean and tidy person that doesn’t mind having children around. We love music, cooking, we are respectful of each other space but also we like having a brew/glass of wine and a nice conversation with other flatmates.
The bathroom will be shared only with the twins.
The house is in 3 floors and the room is on the first floor and is made in 2 rooms with toilet and bathroom.
Unlimited internet (Fibre) included. Parking off street, washing machine and dishwasher available. All bills are included.
The rent is £600 per month to pay in advance plus £300 deposit.
