Double Room, Large House, Nice Area

Hi, I have two spare double rooms to choose from the rooms both have fitted furniture and new single or double bed will be supplied for who moves in.
The house has two large rooms downstairs, plenty of space to make your own.
Theres a nice garden at the back of the house that isn't over looked that backs on to fields, farms and offers great views.
The area is quiet and friendly but with good links to the M60 which is a 8 minute drive away, Whitefield and Radcliffe Metrolink stations are a 5 minutes drive and there's also bus stop very near by.
The local pub is 5 minutes walk and theres also pubs and restaurants 10 minutes walk away.
House and area are perfect for someone looking for a nice chilled out place to live with plenty of near by greenery, forests great for walks, Running, cycling, photography.
I'm looking for a professional, tidy, easygoing person(none party animal) to share the house and call home.
