Quiet household.
3 bedroom house.
Good sized kitchen with fridge freezer, additional counter top freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, combi-pot, dishwasher, washing machine.
Bathroom with combined bath-shower.
Downstairs toilet.
Large combined lounge-diner with air conditioning unit.
Under stairs closet.
Large garden with shed.
On-street parking.
Tenants will be expected to clean and tidy up after themselves.

Large double room will also be available in January/February for long-term let.
Vaping is fine (I vape) but no smoking. Students welcome.

Previous tenant was here for 18 months and I miss her dearly! Reference available.
My only request is that the tenant is respectful of my neighbors, the property and is timely with rent.

I have two small/medium sized dogs who come to work with me during the day and who generally stay in the lounge with me in the evenings and are crated overnight
