Furnished double room available in Partington

Looking for someone to lodge with us, British male 67 and Japanese female 59, one cat., 3 bed semi detached.
House is fully furnished and has Japanese washlet, 2 minutes walk to bus stop, 7 minute walk to shops.
Loads of on street parking.
Would prefer single Japanese person but will consider all.
May be left in the house alone for short periods whilst we are travelling.
