•The room is unfurnished, although the rest of the flat is fully furnished including a washing machine, fridge, microwave etc. •There is access to bus routes at the end of the road and only a 10 min walk away from Swinton train station making it incredibly easy to get into the city centre
•Rent is £425pcm each with bills being roughly £150-£180pcm each a month so overall around £600🫶🏻
About me: I’m 22, working full time while also studying online part time. I do love a good gossip/debrief with the girls so would be a good bonus to have someone move in that also loves this🤭!! I do also love quiet time and time on my own so you’ll definitely also benefit from having space🤣I would love for someone to move in that I can get along with and not just co-exist🥺
