We are a couple who are seeking someone to rent one of our spare rooms for a 6 month+ timeframe. We want to find somebody who we get a long with well, a non smoker and who is quite clean and tidy.
The house has 2 bedrooms, a loft conversion, a garden and 2 reception rooms.
Also, we have two cats so the person we find will hopefully like cats or find them tolerable.
