I have one double furnished room to let in my house on Agecroft road in Pendlebury,
I have two very friendly Chihuahua pet dogs so the new house mate must like dogs!!
I am looking for a friendly clean and tidy person who is looking for short or long term, Someone who is not out partying every night of the week idealy a professional who has respect for other members of the house as I work various shifts.
Upstairs Christian Male 25 has his own double room. (rear)
Your room (front) has a Kingsize bed Double wardrobe chest of drawers two bedside tables tv and dvd,
A shared newly refurbised shower roon (no bath)
Downstairs there is a shared lounge and a large kitchen with built in appliances dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Outside there is front and rear gardens with lots of on road parking,
Smokers are welcome BUT no smoking in the house.
I live at the property and have my own lounge/bedroom at the rear. (downstairs)
The House is situated on good commuter links to city with a No8 bus stop only 5 minutes walk away also near motorway links.
All bills included.. eg Gas/Electric/Water/Wi Fi
