Double furnished room in lovely house

Hi,

I'm Alex the owner of the house and looking to rent out my spare double room with shared bathroom. I live in the house with my friendly Kitten.

Costs included all bills, broadband, washing machine etc

It's a terraced house, 2 mins walk from the bars and shops of Prestwich village and 5 mins walk to the tram stop which goes directly to Manchester city centre. There is plenty of on street parking outside the property.
I recently refurbished the house and so it has a lovely large modern kitchen and bathroom.

I am a 33 year old professional who works in the city centre (commutes by tram) i am yoga wannabe and as I work hard during the week i like to spend my weekends doing nice things and exploring new places, meeting friends or going to gigs. Happy to consider a lodger with a well behaved pet as long as they are cat friendly!

The room will be available from the end of February.
