This area leads to sliding patio doors which leads to a patio area, which then leads to a small grassed garden area. The side of the house has an enclosed seating area adjacent the kitchen too.

The full sized bathroom is shared, with one room and me (the other has an ensuite - currently unavailable). THIS main bathroom has a walk in shower, with ample storage both in the drawers below the sink and in a separate free standing whicker storage unit.

There is also a shared eating area, a good sized well lit full kitchen with facilities: washing machine, clothes lines, airers, American Fridge Freezer, a range cooker for you foodies and lots of storage.

Property located in a quiet highly desirable residential area of Prestwich. It is within 5 mins walking distance of great transport connections, tram stop (20mins into central Mcr), buses and 5 mins drive to motorway.

The local area has been recognised as a most desirable area to live and has all the amenities one needs, many within 5 mins walking distance including several supermarkets/local shops, great restaurants, pubs, nhs services, and many parks including the largest municipal park in Europe.

All general areas are cleaned equally by residents, and gardens maintained. Tools are on site. External window cleaning included in rent. Any issues should be reported on our whatsapp group immediately to ensure they can be dealt with promptly.
