I'm looking for a lodger in a house that I own, and technically live in, *but I’m (very) rarely actually in! Ideal for those looking for actual independence but at lodger rates. NB: I will not be around very often but someone to help with any issues is permanently local.

It’s a slightly unique situation too so certainly worth taking a closer look/ enquiring. TV, washing machine + kitchen appliances and all the usual stuff you’d find in a house!
6min walk to the Metrolink, 5 mins from ‘the village’ and very close to the M60. It’s a good setup. Min 6 months please and I would favour longer term renters ideally.
