My name is Niamh and I'm 25 years old. I have a spare room in my rented house in Prestwich. The room is a small double bedroom (approx. 3.5m x 2.3m) with an additional storage / walk-in wardrobe (approx. 2.1m x 1.3m). The house is furnished and the available room has a small double bed and space for a desk.
The rent is £350 a month and bills typically come to about £150 a month each including broadband, tv license, gas & electric, water and council tax.
The house is in a great location. It's very close to Heaton Park, Heaton Park tram stop, Prestwich and local amenities.
I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy female housemate. I work from home 2 days a week and in an office in town the other days. I have a dog and often dog sit for my parents so if you don't like dogs this isn't the house for you!
