1 Private room, en-suite, 2 Minutes walk to Metro

You will enjoy 100% privacy with the doors locked and keys provided. You will have the full room to yourself, fully furnished, with bed, sofa, treadmill, wifi, fridge-(part)freezer, microwave, modest cutlery, plates, tea/coffee making arrangement and a wardrobe (no washing machine, no access to the kitchen or any other areas of the house). You will only have access to this one room and not to the rest of the house: no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no anti-social behaviour. Please note that I will require access to the room every second week for a few hours for cleaning the room.
