1 Private room, en-suite, 2 Minutes walk to Metro

You will enjoy complete privacy in this self-contained, fully furnished room with your own lock and key. The space is for single occupancy only (no couples). It includes a bed, sofa, treadmill, Wi-Fi, shared fridge-freezer space, microwave, basic cutlery, plates, tea and coffee facilities, and a wardrobe.

Please note there is no washing machine and no access to the kitchen or other areas of the house. Access is limited to this private room only. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, and no anti-social behaviour.

I will need access to the room once every two weeks for a short time to carry out cleaning.
