On Bury Old Road, right next to Heaton Park, 10 minute walk from Heaton Park tram stop and 10 minute walk from Prestwich town centre. A bus stop for the 135 bus (goes direct to Picadilly Gardens) is literally on the street right outside the house!

The drive has enough space for 1 car and there is plenty of free street parking just outside (one of the current housemates is using the drive)

There is also a patteo and small garden, as well as a cellar and attic for storage

Ground floor double bedroom

Furnished with double bed, double mattress, under-bed storage drawers, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, chair and bin.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom

It's a 4 bedroom house, with 3 other tenants (all males). You'll be sharing the bathroom with only 2 other people. There is also another toilet on the ground floor.

Age and profession aren't too important, as long as you are friendly and respectful!
