Furnished with double bed, double mattress, under-bed storage drawers, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, chair and bin. Blackout curtains over the windows have been installed since the pictures on this ad were taken.

Shared living room and kitchen

It's a 5 bedroom house, currently with 3 other tenants. I (the landlord) live close by and am directly contactable for any issues that the tenants have.

Age and profession aren't too important, as long as you are friendly and respectful!
