I'm Al from Prestwich, north Manchester, I am looking for a respectable professional to rent my spare room. It's a spacious bright room, which doesn't have a bed at the moment, (in case you want to bring your own) I can buy a bed straight away. Bills will be included in the price. I pay for a cleaner, who calls once a week, this cost is also be included in the price.

I do like to go to bars in the northern quarter, gigs, theatre, etc... I'm a very relaxed chilled out person. I am house proud, but not obsessive, I'm looking for someone similar. I am retraining as a teacher soon, hence the need for a lodger!

If you don't know Prestwich, it is a sort after area, approx 3. 5 miles north of Manchester city centre.
