Gorgeous House in Prestwich Village

Looking for a lodger for my beautiful 3 bedroom house.

✨ The house….
There’s a large lounge, eat in kitchen, downstairs loo & garden (not pictured)

Upstairs the large bedroom is at the front of the house & has a double bed, fitted wardrobes & black out curtains.

The small bedroom has a small double bed, single wardrobe & black out blind.

The bathroom is a good size with a bath.

There’s free parking.

My hypoallergenic mini schnauzer sometimes stays with me.

✨ The area….
Across the road is an entrance to the Clough, which is a beautiful woodland & it’s 10 mins walk to the high street where there’s cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets & shops, also a yoga & pilates studio

✨ Transport…
It’s a 15 minute walk to the Prestwich tram stop which goes into central Manchester & Media City. There’s buses on the main road 10 mins walk away from the house into town or it’s a 15 miute drive/cycle into central Manchester & 20 minute drive to Media City.

Prices includes utilities, tv license & fast broadband.
