I've been accepted at this property and am looking for someone to share with :)

✨ Large apartment with 2 double rooms, one with ensuite, so you would have full access to the master bathroom.

✨ Shared kitchen and living room area and balcony - currently unfurnished (I will be furnishing it, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer). Really bright and airy with loads of space.

✨ Dishwasher and washing machine included.

✨ Super close to Prestwich tram stop, trams run frequently into town or up to Bury. It's also really close to all the bars/restaurants in Prestwich and shops etc too.

✨ Balcony access and communal garden area.

Bills aren't included but I expect them to be around £150.

I'm a professional working in tech, I work from home but go into the office a few times a week.

I also have a bulldog who lives with me half of the week, he's super friendly and loving so an animal lover would be perfect! (see profile pic)
