Double room to rent in a recently refurbished 3 bedroom house in the heart of Prestwich village. Looking for a housemate to share with the two current housemates who are both young professionals. Someone friendly who likes a laugh, enjoys socialising but also respects sleep. Who would enjoy the house as their own, keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy. There is a shared living room, large kitchen diner, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is a courtyard at the rear which is a great suntrap in the summer. There is always parking available on the road in front. The house is five minutes walk to Prestwich village where there are plenty of local shops and supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants. This is where you would also get the bus into town. The tram stop is another 3 minutes walk further. Prestwich Clough which is great for walks and bike rides is also just minutes away.
