A double bedroom is available for rent in Prestwich in a spacious three bedroom house with its own garden and close to Prestwich clough. The room contains a new double bed, wardrobe, foldable desk and foldable chair. Pillows and duvet are available upon request. The house has a kitchen and living room area. Separate pots/pans, dishes and utensils will also be provided.

This room is great for a professional female looking for a clean and convenient home for a minimum stay of 12 months. I am a female living in the property so my preference is for a mature female to rent this room.

Prestwich high street is less than 10 min walk away with a large Tesco, Aldi and Marks and Spencer available for food shopping. The high street has bars, a library and restaurants all within walking distance. Prestwich tram station is a 12-15 minute walk. Parking space is available on the road outside the house although it’s a busy road and space is limited. So this room is more suitable for someone who does not drive and needs access to public transport.

This room is perfect for a female who doesn’t have a lot of personal luggage and will not require a lot of storage space during her temporary stay as the bedroom is a medium size. I am looking for a person who likes to live in a clean environment and she can leave a room as she finds it. Someone who is friendly, respectful, independent, responsible and mature. Someone who enjoys a quiet and peaceful home environment. This person will be expected to share cleaning responsibilities for communal spaces.

The room is available for £500.00 per calendar month including all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and wireless internet) from 1st June onwards.
