Room for rent - short term

Hey! I have a double room with own bathroom available for rent from November to January as I am away.

You’ll be living with Emma and Tony (a British bulldog) who are very friendly and accommodating and love to have a chat on the sofa and watch tv.

The room is large and comes with clothes rail, shoe rack, drawers, bed, mirror. All personal items will be removed so you can pop your stuff wherever.

You have full access of the bathroom including bath and overhead shower (the other room has an en suite) and shared living room/kitchen/ balcony.

The flat is big, bright and open. A 2 minute walk to Prestwich tram stop and bus stops and even closer to the high street with loads of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Parking is currently free in a public carpark situated next to the block of flats. This is where I leave my car.

Would consider shorter lets and rent is negotiable depending on the duration.
