On applying for the above mentioned property you agree to pay a holding fee equivalent to 1 weeks rent (£150).
If your application is successful and you proceed with a tenancy, the holding fee will be deducted from your move in monies.
If you fail referencing due to none disclosure of vital information i. e. a CCJ, then the holding fee is non refundable.
