Hi 👋 I have a spare room soon to be available to rent in a semi-detached home in Prestwich.
The available bedroom overlooks a front garden, and is furnished with a wardrobe, curtains and double bed.

- Spacious shared living space with fully fitted kitchen, large living room, conservatory and front and back gardens.

- Amenities include washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, Sky TV and Full-fibre broadband Wi-Fi. I also have a pool/ping-pong table too (currently acting as my work-desk)

- Street and driveway parking available.

- Bus-stop outside house. Approx. 4 miles to both Bury and Manchester town centres

-Drinkwater Country park on our doorstep behind the house.

-1.5 miles from Prestwich village, which has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, 2 Metrolink stops and several parks, including Heaton Park.

-short and long term lets considered on rolling contract.


-No smokers or vapers please.
And a little bit about me - I'm a full-time professional, mainly working from home now but occasionally in the office in Salford Quays. I'm friendly and easy going. My big passions are music, gigs and sport. In spare time I also love watching comedies, videogames, going out with walking groups and playing sport, although currently living with long-covid so my activities are extremely limited while I rest up and recover.
I'm sociable and enjoy chatting, watching tele and films together or having dinner with housemates, but also like my own space, and I'm respectful of others' privacy too.
So I'm looking for someone with similar values - friendly and sociable, tidy and considerate, and is happy to talk and socialise with each other - it would be nice to gain a new friend as well as a housemate. If this is you, get in touch!
