Double room in house on Prestwich & Salford border

Quiet double room at the rear of a terraced house on the border of Prestwich and Salford. The room is £400 per calendar month and includes bills. The house has a lounge, large kitchen diner, a large bathroom and a large cellar that are all available for use by the person who takes the room. I have two cats and a tiny dog - they are no trouble and I wouldn't expect whoever takes the room to help look after them but just wanted to ensure I mentioned it in case of allergies / etc. There is plenty of parking on the road outside and there are bus stops virtually right outside the house with routes into Manchester in one direction and Bury in the other. The house is about three miles out of Manchester - about 10 mins drive from the Manchester arena. I work so I would be looking for another working professional but mature students / post grads wouldn't be out of the question as I'm not far from Salford Uni. Within a short walk of Drinkwater Park and not far from the riverside at Agecroft
